All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 5 business days without notice. If you have any problem with the payment, please let us know. We will try to do our best to help you.

Please make sure your Etsy shipping address is the same as your PayPal address. We will not share your email address with anyone.

If no contact has been made with me I reserve the right to cancel an unpaid order after 24 hours. Please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase, if you are having any problems with the payment process, so we can work it out together.

We ship worldwide from Estonia using registered priority airmail. It usually takes ca 7-10 days for packages to reach their destination in Europe, and 10-14 days or bit more to arrive over-seas. Orders will not be called 'lost' until at least 30 days after shipping. After this, it will be decided friendly between customer and us what measures have to be taken. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so please allow time for those shipping days.

All purchases are mailed in a bubble envelope. All items will be carefully packed and jewelry we sent in little gift bag. We ship orders over $50 registered airmail.

We will not be held responsible for any customs fees for packages sent to international locations, or for packages sent to wrong locations if the address provided is incorrect. We will contact you if we find a difference between the addresses provided by Etsy and by PayPal, and wait for your answer before we send your order. If no answer after 3 days, We will send your order to the address provided by Etsy
