Welcome
Welcome to our one of a kind shop, Green House Framing. We are Lisa Pratt and Lars Jorgensen, husband and wife, who are passionate about art and the environment. Since 2002, we have been designing and handcrafting picture frames and mirrors from locally sourced reclaimed woods using traditional woodworking techniques and natural finishes.
We've expanded our line of frames to include jewelry and home accessories made exclusively from our scrap wood. New items will be added to our shop throughout 2012.

Payment
We accept PayPal for all orders.
You no longer have to register with PayPal to send payments.
Setting up an account with Etsy and using PayPal for payments is super easy. If you ever have a question or concern about the process, we are more than happy to help.
Shipping
All items in stock will ship within 2 business days of purchase. We will contact you within 1 business day with an estimated ship date for made to order items.
We ship all orders, with the exception of jewelry, by FedEx Ground. We send tracking information to the email address listed on your account.
Jewelry ships by USPS First Class Mail. Insurance is an additional $2. Let us know if you would like to add on insurance before placing your order.
Please make sure your Etsy address is current.
Let us know if the item is a gift and you would like it sent to a different address. We're happy to include a handwritten message for your recipient.
If you want to ship to a P.O. box or need expedited shipping, contact us before placing your order so that we can adjust the shipping charges.
Portland Customers: Convo us before you purchase and we will remove the shipping charges. If you live within the metro area, we may be able to deliver your order for FREE.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it within 30 days of receipt to the address on your invoice. We do not accept any returns after 30 days. We will refund you the purchase price, less shipping and handling, as long as the items are in resellable condition.
We do not give refunds for items that have been damaged, unless it has been caused during transit. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt to let us know the item has been damaged so that we can file a claim with FedEx.
We do not give refunds for jewelry damaged during shipment, unless you have purchased the optional insurance. Please let us know asap, so that a claim can be filed with the Postal Service.
We will credit your account promptly upon receipt of your return.
We do not accept returns for custom orders.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Guarantee:
We guarantee our products will last for many generations. We will repair or replace any item that has a structural defect.
Our products are handcrafted using time honored woodworking methods and are free of defects at the time of shipment. Each item is individually made to ensure quality and longevity. Items will contain nail holes, cracks, knots, and insect damage. This does not affect the integrity of the product. We believe it adds to the beauty and uniqueness of reclaimed wood.
If you believe your item needs repair, please convo us to let us know.
Jewelry:
We guarantee all of our jewelry to be free of defects at time of purchase. Repairs will be made on a case by case basis.
