Fall.

Clear blue skies, cool, crisp air, soft, woolly sweaters, turning leaves, curling up with a good book and a hot cup of tea kissed with summer honey.

Our latest honey was just collected this summer.

Usually we only gather honey in the Spring but we were especially blessed with busy bees so we were able to gather more while leaving plenty for the bees to overwinter.

Our honey is raw and all natural. And so are our bees. We do not medicate our bees nor do we use chemicals when gathering our honey.

We don’t heat or filter it - so you can enjoy all the benefits of its pure goodness - including vitamins, minerals, antioxidant enzymes, amino acids and bioflavinoids.

Keep in mind that because we don’t heat or filter our honey it may look cloudy, crystallize faster or may have bits of wax or pollen in it (that’s the good stuff!).

We don’t mind if our honey crystallizes but if you do, gently heat the jar of honey in warm water – no more than around 115 degrees F. However understand that heating honey may affect its taste and decrease its healthful benefits.

Store honey in your pantry or cupboard – no need to refrigerate – it will never go bad!
