Welcome
Greetings! Gypsy Moon Art Studio began with furniture refinishing and painting many years ago. I have evolved into jewelry work, though I do still refinish furniture and paint. You may find listings interspersed that are leather workings or painting or clay sculpture. I cannot control my wild creative yearnings and give my attention to whatever is in my head at the moment.

Payment
I accept Paypal only. If the item is not paid for within 3 days, I will attempt to contact you. If no payment is still made, I will cancel the sale and relist the item.
I do require a 50% deposit (non-refundable) on all custom orders before I begin any work on a piece, with the balance due before shipment.
All deposits/partial payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE.
I will be happy to reserve an item for you. Reserved items will be held for up to 10 days only. I will attempt to contact you regarding the item before I remove the reserved listing.
If you cannot pay for an item within 10 days, I will be happy to work out a lay-away plan for you.
**Michigan residents~ 6% sales tax will be added at checkout**
Shipping
**Items that are made to order may take up to 10 days to be made before shipment.**
I offer free shipping on all jewelry items. I ship first class mail with delivery confirmation. If you need an item rushed to you I am happy to accommodate at an extra charge. All regular orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
**INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS**~ I ship first class international mail. Unfortunately, there is no way to track international packages. It is not uncommon for a package to take 4-6 weeks to reach it's destination. You are responsible for all customs fees/taxes that may incur in your country. Please contact your local post for more information.
**I ship to the address on Paypal, so please make sure that it is correct!**
Refunds and Exchanges
I work very hard to provide high quality work. If, by chance, you are have an issue with one of my pieces, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and I will issue a refund (minus my Etsy and Paypal fees) once I have received the jewelry in it's original condition.
If you purchase an item and decide to cancel the sale before the item has shipped, I will issue you a refund minus the Paypal and Etsy fees that I incur as a result of your purchase.
Please contact me with any and all questions you may have about an item before you purchase it. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
Additional Policies and FAQs
**It is to your advantage to know your ring size. I cannot guarentee a perfect fit if you do not know your ring size!
**My items are created using expert craftsmanship and high quality materials, HOWEVER...handmade jewelry should be handled with care. Do not wear it to sleep in, shower in, etc.
**Many of my items have an antique patina that has been carefully applied in layers. DO NOT use chemical liquid jewelry cleaners as they may remove the patina that gives the piece it's beautiful, aged look.
**Many of my items are created using vintage treasures. This means that they may not be in perfect shape (ie- a stone missing, or worn edges). My creations have an old world look to them and any minor wear marks on vintage items adds to the beauty and character of the piece.
**I am happy to create a custom piece just for you. Please contact me for information and pricing.
** I participate in local shows and fairs, so items may be pulled at any time.
**I can wire wrap YOUR own stone, shell, or memento into a pendant. However, I DO NOT polish stones. Whatever condition they are when sent to me is the condition they will be wrapped in.
