NOTES:
1) Due to the nature of handspun yarn, don't forget to swatch! Each skein of handspun has it's own personality.
2) I make every effort to accurately represent the colors of my products, but item colors shown may differ slightly from the actual item depending on your computer monitor settings.
3) I work in a smoke-free studio and use only professional washfast dyes.
4) If you'd like a custom dye job or spinning service, send me a convo. I love to play!

Welcome

H.A.Y. was born out of my love for all things fiber. I love to look at it, touch it, and manipualte it into new forms. I love to breathe in the essence of the animal from which it came. I love to cuddle it. Mmmmm..........

I use only professional acid dyes on my products to ensure wash-fastness and light-fastness. My studio is smoke-free and pug-friendly (although they tend to just sleep on the couch all day - they're too lazy to play with the fiber!). ;)

Payment

* Payment is expected at the time of purchase.

* H.A.Y. prefers payment via Paypal. If you choose to send a personal check (domestic US purchasers only), your order will be shipped out once the check has cleared.

Shipping

I do my best to get all packages out the door within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. If something prevents me from shipping within that time frame, I'll let you know ( always check my shop announcement to see if I'm out of town at a Fiber Fest and when I'll return). All purchases are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail and will be sent to the mailing address listed on your Paypal account. If you have another preference, just shoot me a convo and let me know. I'd be happy to accomodate you!

Please note: International customers are resposible for any customs fees that may be incurred once the items reach their destination. Packages will be sent via USPS 1st Class International Mail and, as such, tracking/delivery confirmation/insurance is not available. If you'd like these postal services added to your shipment or if you'd like your parcel mailed via Express mail, then additional shipping fees will be charged.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, just return it within 7 days of receipt in its original condition and I'll be happy to refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges.
