About Hands Full Creations
All items are designed and handmade in my smoke free/pet free home. Your satisfaction is very important to me, so if you have any questions, please feel free to convo me, and I will reply as soon as I can.
Payment
I prefer Paypal, but will accept payment by personal check or money order. If paying by check, I will ship after the check has cleared, about 8-10 days.
Sales Tax - All residents of California will be charged 8.25% sales tax. Paypal takes care of this, but if you are paying by another method, please let me know, so I can adjust your total.
Shipping
All items are wrapped in tissue, packed in a box, and shipped Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. If you are interested in paying less for shipping, I'm happy to ship First Class, using a padded envelope. Please just let me know at time of purchase and I'll be happy to refund the extra shipping funds. I will make every effort to ship items within 2 days of reciept of Paypal payment, though I may miss this mark occasionally. Please allow 7-10 business days for personal checks and money orders to clear.
International Buyers - I am thrilled to say that I now ship worldwide! It has been my experience that overseas shipping has taken up to 3 weeks, depending on customs in other countries.Please just be aware of this time table.

Lost Orders
I will ship promptly using the U.S. Postal Service, and am not responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. If you would like shipping insurance, please let me know at time of payment, and I'd be happy to include that in the total price.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to me, so if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me. I'd be happy to work with you to find a solution.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you see something you like, but not in the fabric of your choice, please convo me and I will try my hardest to accomodate your order. Please understand that a lot of my bags are made from vintage fabric and if it's gone, it's gone. I'd be happy to work with you and find something else that suits you.
