She also allowed a cheeky last minute change! I wouldn't hesitate to order from Emma again. Just have to be really patient and wait another few weeks before giving them to my groom on our wedding day!

Every bridal jewellery design can be personalised in your choice of colours to match your bridal theme.
As each piece is made-to-order, your bridal jewellery is made especially for you to enjoy on your big day! Your bridal accessories can be personalised to your chosen size, colour and finish details.

Standard mail typical shipping times -
UK - 2-3 days (sent by Recorded delivery)
Europe - 1-2 weeks from despatch (sent by Airmail)

Special Delivery (UK only) - delivered the next working day after despatch. Select "Special Delivery" during checkout.
Airsure shipping (Worldwide) -
typically 2-3 days faster than standard airmail. Includes tracking in transit.
This is included automatically for orders over £75. For all other orders, please select "Airsure" shipping during checkout if you wish to have this option.
Courier shipping (Worldwide) -
Price is based on a 4 day service within Europe, 6 days to USA / Canada, & up to 8 working days for the rest of the world. Select "Courier Delivery" during checkout.
If you'd like a price for a faster courier service, please do get in touch to confirm your country, and I can obtain an accurate price for you.
Remember, you should allow up to 2 weeks for your items to be made, PLUS shipping time.
***Rush order processing***
If you need your jewellery quickly, please get in touch to enquire about a rush order to prioritise your items. There will be a charge for rush handling, plus the cost of the relevant delivery upgrade.
***Parcel delays***
Very occasionally parcels may take up to 6 weeks to be delivered due to bad weather, customs checks and busy times like the run up to Christmas. If you haven't received your order after 25 working days (5 weeks) please contact me so that I can arrange a replacement.
Please note your country may impose import taxes or duties on your purchase if it is over a certain value, and these remain your responsibility.
