Here you'll find everything you need to know in order to have a smooth transaction between the Happy Little Dress and you.

I accept PayPal, direct checkout, and etsy gift cards.
Let me know if you need your item gift-wrapped, and it will be done at no extra cost to you. Need to include a gift note? Yup, can be done.
Shipping within Continental US:
Ready-to-ship items usually go out the next business day.
Made-to-order items will ship as soon as ready. Please refer to the shop announcements for the current turnaround time.
I usually ship via USPS First Class with a delivery confirmation. Your package should arrive within 3-5 business days. A "Priority Shipping Upgrade" is available in a separate listing, if you need your items sooner.
International packages go out via USPS First Class International. The package should reach your side of the world in about a week. Unfortunately, there is no tracking or insurance available for this service. Let me know if you would like to upgrade to Priority or Express mail. The shipping cost will go up, so contact me before making a purchase.
** Please note on International shipments that ALL Customs Duties/Taxes are the responsibility of the Purchaser. Thank you! **
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days upon the arrival of your item. A full refund (minus the shipping charges) will be issued as soon as I get your item back. Everything MUST be in the original, unused, unwashed condition.
Custom items are not eligible for a return.
