Alma’s work is SPECTACULAR. My beanie and mittens are so warm and cozy! They fit perfectly and she was wonderful to work with for a bit of customization, I can’t recommend her and her wonderful woolies enough. Items came quite quickly for being custom as well!

This is a very nice hat, and I am very pleased with it. It is just like the picture, well made and fits me perfectly. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is that it took over two months for the hat to arrive. I had told the seller that I did not need it for Christmas, and a delay was fine. But as time went on I received no update or status report on my order. I finally wrote the seller to ask for information. She replied, and the hat arrived February 16th. So communication could be improved. But the hat is super.
