It's our philosophy to bring you quality Vintage items. We take great pride and care in making sure all of our merchandise is in good vintage condition prior to a sale. If our items are damaged in any way, we will do our best to make sure you are aware of any stains, snags, or imperfections before you purchase it. You are always free to contact us with any questions or concerns you have about any of our items! We never sell anything that we do not have our utmost confidence in or wouldn't wear ourselves!
Payment from PayPal is due at point of sale. If you cannot pay immediately, please contact us at point of purchase so we are aware of your late payment.If no payment is made within 24 hours and you have not contacted us, the transaction will be canceled.
**WE are happy to do combined shipping, just let us know the items you are interested in and we will reserve them for you and adjust pricing.
We offer Priority Mail that includes tracking number. Shipping on all packages and ship within 3 business days unless we notify you otherwise. We are more than happy to upgrade your shipping or include insurance or delivery confirmation if you so desire. Please let us know if you would like the upgraded option and we will inform you of added cost before you purchase the item.
***International shipping prices can be negotiable,depending on location we ship UPS 1st class mail internationally. We are new to ETSY and still learning the shipping costs!
**HazelJeanVintage is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please let us know if you would like to add insurance to your shipping and we will add that to the cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
In most cases,returns are generally not accepted. Vintage goods are used and therefore will be sold "as is". We do not manipulate any photos, and do our best to bring an awareness to any stains or damage the item might have. We take great pride in running an honest business, so feel free to convo us with any questions or concerns about any item prior to sale. We are nice people, so let us know if you are unhappy with a purchase (or we honestly miss previously unnoticed damage) and we can work something out.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Vintage sizing can differ greatly from current sizing. Make sure to take great care in using your favorite garments (that fit you perfectly) as a guide for measurement. All garments (clothing) are measured while lying flat in inches, so be sure to double the chest, hip, shoulder, and waist for accurate sizing.
SHOE MEASURING!! **when measuring shoes, it is best to use your favorite fitting shoes as a guide. Go by the measurements we use in the measurement description found in each listing.If they are a close match to the item measurements, the shoes will fit nicely. It is best to use garment measuring tape.

In order to compare in the best way possible, compare your favorite fitting shoe measurements to the ones listed above! You can always convo us prior to purchase if you are unsure about a fit, and we will be happy to assist you. :)
Please note that Vintage items will have a "previously worn" quality and will therefore display signs of normal wear and tear. We will make sure to mention any noticeable and major damage, and are always happy to send additional photos if you have any concerns.
