4 out of 5 starsPleased with purchase simple to cut out and use, download was ideal as needed them in a hurry as forgot to order what we originally intended to use. Plus overall these were better in design. I attached to cocktail sticks with sellotape. If time I would have printed more copies and double sided the toppers. Pleased with overall outcome and looked good on cakes.

Frequently asked questions
Shipping
All files are digital and will be sent to your email address on file with Etsy. No physical product will be shipped with your purchase unless you select the Ready-Made option.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be issued after an item has been emailed. Instant Downloads are non-refundable (even if the item has not been downloaded). We are happy to work with customers to resolve any issues or concerns but cannot offer refunds.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are emailed if the shop has been contacted through Etsy conversation and acknowledged by Hearts&Craftsy. Cancelled orders will be subject to a $.50 processing fee to cover refund fees charged by Paypal/Etsy. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
Made & Shipped Returns
Once items are shipped an order cannot be refunded or returned. Returns or refunds for damaged items are at shop's discretion and all return shipping fees are paid by the customer. Any items must be received by Hearts&Craftsy before a refund is given.
