Regular orders take 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS to make. (Business days are Monday - Friday). Postal delivery will then take about 2-3 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your package's tracking number once your order has been shipped.

CANCELATION OF ORDERS:
Once completed and placed, your order is immediately put into production. Cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order after 2 BUSINESS DAYS. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order and shipping information before it was submitted.

ORDER PROCESS - WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
1. Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation from ETSY via email. I do NOT send out order confirmations.
2. Your order will ship out in 7-14 business days, unless you have purchased one of my rush fee listing. (Note: Business days are Monday-Friday).
3. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an USPS shipping notification with your tracking number.

PROOFS
Due to the large demand of orders that I received, I cannot accommodate proofs for every order. The ONLY orders that will receive proofs are orders that are being custom created. Thank you for understanding.

Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm EST
