It seems the photos cannot do the work full justice as the fabrics shimmer and shift in tones in different lights making it beautifully mysterious and giving depth to what can be seen in the artwork. nVery carefully packaged and first class service. I'm a self taught crafts person who loves to dabble in lots of crafts. My current obsessions are textile art and photography but I also love working with glass and hope to add this to my Etsy shop one day.
Shop policies
The following are my general shop policies. I have tried to think of all eventualities but please contact me, before ordering, if you have any questions.
Please note that all items are handmade by me and many are one of a kind (ooak).
If you would like a custom made item please contact me and we will work something out.
I retain all rights to my creations.
Accepted payment methods
Returns & exchanges
Payment
Repayments will be made via the original payment method.
Please ensure payment is made within 3 days of ordering or I will have to re-list the item. If you have a problem with payment please contact me.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that you will be responsible for any and all taxes, duties and customs charges that may be incurred within your own country.
Shipping
I like to recycle packaging where possible. If you would prefer new packaging, please say so in the 'Message to Seller' box when you place your order.
POSTAGE: I ship from England
- Despatch within 3-5 working days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays) - often quicker. If for any reason this is not going to be possible (e.g our postal service goes on strike!) I will let you know asap.
- UK BUYERS
- Royal Mail - 1st class
- Upgrade to Signed For available
- INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
- Royal Mail International Standard Airmail (N.B. This DOES NOT including tracking and the package WILL NOT BE TRACEABLE once posted).
- Upgrade to Tracked/Signed available
- Just a reminder - the buyer will be responsible for all local duties/customs charges etc.
INSURANCE:
Depends on the postal service, i.e. whatever is included in the standard rates.
Higher value items will have additional insurance cover at no extra cost
DELIVERY:
Estimates based on Royal Mail figures (see 'Reality Check' below)
UK - 1-2 working days
Europe - 3-5 working days
USA / Canada - 5-7 working days
Reality Check!
UK - can take up to a week
Europe - 1-2 weeks
International - 2-3 weeks, with USA in particular taking even longer (6 weeks is not unknown). This is often due to parcels being held up by customs in the receiving country for security purposes.
Royal Mail do not consider an item of mail lost until:-
15 workings days has passed for UK deliveries
20 working days has passed for European deliveries and
25 working days has passed for all other deliveries (rest of world)
Therefore, please be patient and allow a reasonable amount of time for delivery, especially during holidays. I will email/convo you when I have shipped your item. If you have still not received your item after the times given under 'reality check' above, (say about 42 days for USA), please contact me as soon as possible. I will then assume the parcel has been lost and arrange a refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
I also use upcycled components (though NOT earwires) from charity/thrift shop finds and cannot guarantee the metal content of any such items. I will state in the listing if such components have been used.
