Payment
I appreciate your support. Paypal is fast and easy but I'm also willing to accept a check or money order--just let me know to look for your payment in the mail if that is your intention.
As many of my items are made to order, I'll wait until payment clears to create your piece.
Shipping
In order to conserve time and resources, I shipe once per week unless something is being rushed. If you are in a hurry, check with me in case we can get it to you sooner. I do my best to do so and I also have another job so I'm doing my best to make and ship quickly (without overdoing it).
I ship to the address on your etsy receipt--not the paypal address (which in some cases is not the same). Please make sure that this is the correct address.
The United States Post Office in my little town is a reasonably fast, and very reliable and affordable way for me to ship your items. I have found that First Class mail is as fast--most of the time--as priority, though if the order is large I will often ship Priority for your convenience.
If you desire insurance or delivery confirmation, let me know as I don't otherwise include those services.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the fit of your garment, get in touch and we can work out an exchange, though I'd ask you to cover the return postage. I really strive to make you happy and it's usually the case that we can work out the right size for you in convos before you make the purchase. So far this has worked for my customers, and for me. Thanks for understanding that I am not a mega-store. If you do send something back, do so within a week of receiving it and please please please include a note with a recap of your issue and your username. Mine is a busy mailbox and this makes it a little easier to get things done in a timely manner.
I'm a one-girl operation and for this reason it is difficult for me to accommodate refunds. I want to keep my prices affordable, and I'm striving to make this project a viable way to make a living, which means trying to make you happy the first time around.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item if you think you need another size. All of my prints are limited editions so I don't do them indefinitely. Sometimes I will retire a design in order to make room for new ideas. For this reason I'd rather hear about issues right away.
All shipping cost are Final, buyer pays for all shipping for returns or exchanges.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I'm often open to custom requests. Lately they take me about 2 weeks to complete due to the volume of regular orders and the occasional need to get special materials to accommodate the request.
Sundays are my day to sleep-in, roam, swim, pick flowers, slow down and cook good food. The dream is to do work I enjoy, at home, and to have a little time that is for play and rest. I'm trying to give it a good effort. I'll respond to all convos and orders on most any other day.
Of course Feedback is how this world works so well. I appreciate yours and will always leave feedback for you as well. If you have any problem, contact me before leaving feedback in case we can work it out.
