We prefer Paypal. We appreciate payment at the time your order is placed unless
prior arrangements have been made in advance. We also accept USPS Money Orders. Personal checks are NOT accepted and will be returned.
Shipping depends on the item being purchased. Digital collage sheets will usually be sent in less than 24 hours, but usually much sooner. Custom digital designs such as invitation or placecards will take longer. As I work on your design I will revisons for you to preview before proceeding or finializing the order. All other tangible items are sent within 1 business day.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are not accepted on any digital design including desing sheets, invitations, placecards, etc. For all other items please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item if you have an issue with your item.
Additional Policies and FAQs
**** New Announcement Regarding Digital Invitations*****
All of my current listings are for 4 x 6 invitations. If you would like to purchase a 5 x 7 design PLEASE contact me prior to purchasing a 4 x 6. I need to create a custom listing for you. The 5 x 7 invitation is an additional $2.00.
**** Custom Graphic Designs for Inviations, Placecards, etc. ******
The first 4 revisions or changes you decide to make to your item are free of charge. All revisions or other changes (including additonal information) thereafter will cost an additonal $1 per change. Please keep this in mind when deciding what information you want on your design! After your invitation, placecard, and most importantly payment has been received, I will begin working on your item. I will then send a watermarked rough draft for you to review. You can then begin making changes if necessary.....but I strive to get it EXACTLY the way you want it the first time! :)
