Payment
I accept Paypal, but don't worry....you don't have to have a Paypal account to pay this way - just go through checkout and look for the link to pay with your credit card.
Item will be shipped once payment clears Paypal.
Custom orders: I will setup a listing for you once we have discussed the design. I expect payment before starting on the item.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, but make sure to see listing for details.
All items are shipped through USPS first class mail. Occassionally, depending on weight of item, package will be sent Priority Mail.
If you'd like package tracking or insurance, please let me know before ordering and I'll add cost to shipping fee.
If your Etsy address and PayPal address are different or if you would like the items shipped to another address please clearly indicate the shipping address in the notes to seller area at check-out or send a follow-up email.
Please be advised that postage paid for international orders is correct as assessed by the United States Postal Service. The buyer is responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, additional postage or other charges that may be assessed upon entry to your country by Customs.
I have estimated shipping costs based on estimated weight of all items. If the actual shipping cost is less than the estimate by $2 or more, I will send you a refund for the difference.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take pride in everything I make and want you to love it as much as I do. If your item is not as pictured when you receive it or if you are displeased with the quality, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do everything possible to make sure you are happy with it.
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. Shipping charges are not refundable. There are no returns for custom orders. Please contact me with any questions or concerns, as customer service is very important to me.
