Bill's profile - I accepted an early retirement after several decades of public service. I took up a craft that I had been introduced to, namely turning materials on a lathe. I have since developed a small-scale home shop business of making a number of items on my lathe, mainly writing pens and sewing seam rippers. I truly enjoy my craft, and for that reason, I do not charge high prices for my creations. I derive more satisfaction out of knowing someone is happy with my work, than the monetary gain. What little profit I gain is ultimately rolled back into my shop operation, so that I can create even more items. I think I have found the meaning of the phrase: " a labor of love". I have been doing this for several years now, and more than acquiring a host of repeat customers along the way, I have acquired new friendships.
Debbie's profile - I have been sewing since I was fourteen years old and made all my clothes through out high school. As time has passed I have expanded into crafts, machine embroidery and finally, quilting. All of my fabric products are made in a completely smoke and pet- free environment.

5 out of 5 starsI LOVE Bill's creations! ... I have several of his seam rippers, and they are the best sewing tool I have purchased (not counting a sewing machine). The seam rippers (and his pens) are very precise and well made ... He also sells new blades - I think I used mine for 3 yrs before noticing a "dullness". Thanks again Bill -- I'll be back!!
