HOW TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND ON YOUR ORDER

If you are planning to have a professional photographer at your event? Please email me. We'd love to showcase your decor photos in exchange for your FULL refund.

TURN AROUND TIME

I have a full time job and I am also a busy mom and wife. I work on my Etsy orders one day of the week and often times during late hours of the weekdays.
I try my best to email your order within 36hrs, but please be patient if takes an extra day.
NOte that full payment must be received prior to working on your order.

Please note that the 3 day turnaround does not apply to custom orders.
The turnaround time for custom orders vary per sale . Turnaround time would be agreed upon with the customer who request personalized work.

SPECIAL CUSTOMIZATION FEES ( as of April 1st 2012)

All personalized items already reflect the customization fee on the listing.
If you are interested in special Customization , please view or list of fees.
Note that this will require creating a reserved listing for your very Special order .
Also note that ordering the full package is more beneficial since is it heavily discounted.

1. Extra Banner letters - $1.50 each.
2. Color Change Fees - $3.00 per Product.
Example : Changing colors on the Invitation, Party Circles set and Full Banner
Additional charge would be $15.00
3. Adding Text to Tent Fold Cards/Place Cards -$0.50 Per Word
( the words will be copied and pasted exactly as you send it to us)

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER.

All orders are for PRINTABLE jpgs or pdf files. Which means you will receive an email with the attached files. You will them have to option to print the files on your home printer or you can copy them onto a blank disc or memory stick and take them to a print/copy center.

1.You customize your order
2.You can print as many as you need.
3.This is a much quicker way more affordable than having your invitations and decor printed by customized stationary retailers .
4.You will have very modern and unique product for your special celebration.
