We accept PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can use a credit card through PayPal without signing up for an account.
Proofs for personalized items will be sent after payment is received.
All digital files will be emailed directly to you at the email address you provide. We request that you respond upon the receipt of your product.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of the products we sell Honeycomb Events & Design cannot accept returns. We will provide proofs for all customized items that you can review for revisions and accuracy of information.Please read every single word to make sure it is accurate. Once approved, Honeycomb Events & Design cannot be held responsible for missing or inaccurate information.
Color matching from a digital file can be a tricky thing as colors may look different on your computer screen. We cannot be responsible for the color variation that may occur.
We are not happy until you are 100% overjoyed with your product. Please contact us before leaving negative feedback and give us the opportunity we would love to have to make things right and reach a satisfactory agreement.
