HONEYFIELD BAKEHOUSE is located in Harvard, Massachusetts. We strive to use local ingredients and grow a selection of our own herbs and flavorings here on the farm. Our classic confections are inspired by what we see growing and flowering around us. Summer grown herbs infuse deep dark chocolates, juicy organic fruits are harvested and pureed, and flower petals are gently picked and transformed into beautiful syrups. We love that our baking is connected to the things we grow.
When we are not in the kitchen we are in the garden harvesting cut flowers for weddings and events, tending and creating landscapes big and small and designing seasonal container plantings.
