Paypal is our preferred payment method and is the only form of payment that we currently accept. Once you've chosen your item(s) we would love to receive immediate payment, however if this is not possible please let us know and we can come to an agreement!
If we do not receive payment or hear from you after 3 days we will unfortunately need to cancel the order, issue feedback, and re-list the item.
Upon receipt of payment all of your purchased items will be shipped within 5 business days.
We will gladly ship our items to any location, assuming you don't live in Antarctica or in some secret underwater lair. If you need your item shipped to an international location and do not see your particular country's shipping cost listed please reach out to us for a quote before purchasing. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Combined Shipping - We would be more than happy to combine shipping costs if you purchase multiple items at the same time! Please see each individual listing's shipping costs for further details. If you have any specific questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Lost/Damaged Packages - We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by the Postal Service. With that said, we do file away all records of shipment payments and delivery confirmation should this information ever be needed.
Insurance - If you're interested in purchasing shipping insurance for your item please let us know. Insurance is available for customers within the United States for an additional cost, starting at $1.80. International buyers interested in purchasing shipping insurance should contact us for rates prior to completing purchase.
Finally, sometimes it can be a bit tricky determining the shipping costs of heavier items. If we find that we've overcharged you we will be sure to issue you a refund via Paypal. Please note that shipping costs do include packaging.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please reach out to us before issuing feedback.
All purchases are considered final.
Clothing Purchases - As vintage clothing sizes tend to differ from present day, please be certain to closely review each item's measurements before purchasing. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for items that do not fit you properly.
We do our very best to capture each item's condition and measurements accurately. It's very common for authentic vintage clothing to have that spectacular "worn" look that we all love and each identified flaw will be captured in the item's description along with corresponding pictures. If you would like additional pictures of an item to help you decide please let us know and we will make it happen!
Screen Color Variations - Please note that due to different monitor display settings some colors may not be 100% accurate. As a result we are unable to accept returns for slight differences in color.
With all of that said, we are human and at times may make mistakes. If you feel that we have misrepresented an item in any way please let us know and we will talk through it. We're pretty awesome people and are very easy to get along with. :)
Note: We are not responsible for return shipping costs should the need arise.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Clothing Measurements - All measurements are taken with each article of clothing lying flat on its back. For all items that are missing tags we've provided our best guess on what the modern day size equivalent is. Also, please note that for display purposes some articles of clothing may be pinned on the mannequin when photographed.
