You will need to send me your photo (or photos) as quickly as possible after you send your order. I will then make a proof for your approval before moving forward with your order. After your approval of the image, I will professionally print your photo(s) on high quality archival photo paper with non-fading ink (guaranteed for 100 years). I will then seal it under a crystal clear glass dome cabochon before setting it into your charm(s).

My processing time is 5 business days but if your order is a RUSH, you'll want to select one of the expedited shipping methods when you order. When an order comes through with expedited shipping, I put a RUSH ticket on it and speed up my normal processing. I can get your order out VERY quickly, if necessary. ♥ NOTE: The computer won't know I'm speeding up my processing so the Estimated Delivery date will be earlier when you're using one of the Expedited Shipping options.

GIFTS: If your order is marked as a gift, (which means it will be going directly to a recipient), let me know what you would like to say on a small gift card and I'll send you a proof of that before printing it to be included with your order. The sheet generated by the "mark as gift" option doesn't include the name of the person sending the gift so, without the card, your recipient will have no way of knowing who the gift came from. How do I create a digital image?

If your image is not already in digital form, you can easily create a digital image by simply photographing the image with your phone's camera. Use good light and try to avoid shadows or glares. Dust the photo before you photograph it because dust appears as bright white spots on the image.

You can also make a scanned image using a printer that has a scanner function. These make the best images.

Send me the highest resolution you have available and please don't crop your image. The best image for my purposes will not be cropped - I can remove any people you don't want in the frame. I need room to work around the edges of the main subject in order to crop the shape of your piece.

How do I send my image to you?

Attach your image to an Etsy Message: To attach an image to an Etsy Message using a PC: click the "attach image" button you'll see in the text window. If you are on a mobile device, you will see a little camera icon below the text window. If you don't see the camera icon, send me an Etsy Message and ask for my little graphic showing what the different icons look like on different devices.

What is an "Etsy Message" and how do I send you one?

In case you’re not familiar with the Etsy Messaging system, log into your Etsy account and then go to “YOU” at the top of any Etsy page. Click the arrow and select "conversations." I try to keep all communication on the Etsy site (rather than using emails) because I receive a little audio tone the instant someone sends an Etsy Message so I can respond quickly. I don’t receive a tone for email and I worry that I might miss your message in the deluge of email I receive every day. In a few hours, your email message could be pushed to Page 2 of my email Inbox. How often do you scroll to Page 2 of your email? Me either!

Will my item be three-dimensional?

No, any three-dimensional effect is photographic. The dome is crystal clear glass set over a printed image.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your item(s) will be shipped First Class, via US Mail. I ship from my home in Florida six days a week so you can expect your order quickly. For EXPEDITED SHIPPING, select Priority or Priority Express in the shipping options during checkout.

SHIPPING: How quickly do you process and ship custom orders?

I generally ship sooner than the shipping date shown on your order. If you need your item even more quickly than that, let me know in an Etsy Message. I can ship as soon as the next day after your order for rush orders. I will assume your order is a rush if you order Priority or Priority Express shipping. I highly recommend upgrading to Priority shipping if you are ordering within a few weeks of your event. First Class shipping has become unreliable in the last two years but, so far, all of my Priority shipments have arrived on time.

DO PENDANTS COME WITH A CHAIN?

Each pendant comes with a matching 24" chain. I will be happy to make the chain a different length if you wish - just add a note with your purchase or send me a convo after.
