Give Batman his superhero status back!

My kitty needs help; he fell off of our 7th floor balcony down to the 2nd floor balcony but now he needs some surgery. Amazingly, he survived with only a broken foot and a broken jaw. He truly is our our little superhero! The surgery he needs immediately is to remove the painful broken teeth.
