If you buy a piece of fabric, obviously it comes in one piece; if you buy yardage, that will come in one continuous piece.
All fabrics are stored, packed & shipped from a smoke-free facility...we do have a dog, but he recently quit smoking and he doesn't do much sewing(!), so he stays away from the fabric.
