Due to overwhelming demand, there is currently a waiting list for house portraits. If you aren't sure how to proceed, here's the way the custom house illustrations work:

1. Email me at houseloveshop [!at] gmail.com to be added to the wait list. Please include your name, contact email and what size print or package you would like to order. I currently offer 8”x10” ($95) and 11”x14” ($115) house portraits. I also offer greeting card packages. These packages include a printable pdf of your illustration to fit your specifications as well as an 8”x10” or 11”x14” print of your illustration. The 8”x10” greeting card package costs $115 and the 11”x14” package is $135.

2. I will contact you when you are next on the list with a link to your reserved listing. Once you purchase that listing, we can move forward to complete your house portrait!

3. Send reference pictures to me at houseloveshop [!at] gmail.com. I recommend sending a picture that is straight on of the whole house, then also including detail shots of the door, windows, house number, and any other small details you'd like included. Also include pictures of up to three pets. Please note, I do not include trees or people in my house portraits and I only include landscaping that is touching the house. I have set these guidelines to preserve the clean, illustrative look of the prints.

4. Once I have all the necessary reference photos, I will get to work on your custom house illustration. You can expect an email with a PDF file of your illustration for review within three weeks. At that point, You will have a chance to share any thoughts or suggestions. It may take another week to make your requested changes.

5. Once the illustration is approved by you, I will digitally print it on beautiful, archival, textured fine art paper using archival chrome inks. My house portraits are printed with the highest quality inks and paper available. Your print is then packaged in a clear sleeve within a stiff envelope and mailed to you USPS First-Class Mail.
