All work in this shop is designed and hand made by me. Unless it has been stated otherwise in the description of an individual listing, my pieces are fired in a low temperature range. Low fire process allows for a sensitive and diverse color palette that I truly enjoy. However, because clay does not fully vitrify at this temperature, and I often use just thin washes rather than a full coat of glaze, the work is not completely water resistant. Long-term exposure to moisture or elements outdoors will slowly deteriorate the surface of low fire clay. Please keep it in mind if you are shopping for utilitarian wares.
