Are custom and personalized orders refundable?
No. All customized and altered items are FINAL sale. All rug pads are also final sale.
Are sale and discounted rugs refundable?
No. Sale and discounted rugs are FINAL sale.
Are rugs refundable? What are the terms? Are there shipping and restocking fees on returned rugs?
Rugs purchased on sale and/or discounted are NOT refundable.
Refunds are available on regular-priced rugs under the following terms: notify us within 5 days of receipt, and ship within 7 days of receipt. Past the allotted time, store credit ONLY (valid for two years). Please wait for our specific instructions to ship back the returning rug(s).
Yes, return shipping is covered by the buyer. In addition, since we offer free domestic shipping, the originating shipping cost and a $65 restocking fee apply before the final refund amount is issued.
Do you do custom rugs?

What happens if my order/item doesn't arrive?
We will open a claim within 30 days for domestic, and 40 days for international. Refunds will be made to the buyer when claims are finalized.
Do you offer a trade discount?
Yes. Please send an email to info@houseofseance.com, providing us with an identification source that shows you’re a designer (i.e., your firm's seller permit, website or Blog if available).
How long is store credit valid for?
Store credits are valid for 2 years from the date credit memos are issued.
Do you accept order cancelations?
No. We do not.
Do you do rug repairs, alterations? How about rug cleaning?
Yes. We have an in-house artisan who is an expert in repair and alterations. Fees apply. No returns, exchanges, or credits on altered rugs, without any exception. Both-way shipping fees apply to previously purchased rugs returning for either of the services.
We also handle rug cleaning for local customers only. Fees apply.
