Please note that to be able to offer Free Shipping to Canada and the US, I ship Canada Post Light Packet Air Mail, which normally takes between 6-10 business days. This service does not include a tracking number, however if you would like your item shipped with tracking, please convo me and I will be more than happy to provide you with a shipping estimate for Expedited service.

On the day your order has shipped I will update your order status to "shipped" and I will also leave a "shipped on" note when I leave feedback. I do try to send a convo advising that your order has left depending on how busy I am, but I do always update your order status on the day I ship.
