I FINALLY, heated up the lavender wrap in my microwave, that I finally
cleaned. I put it in a glass pie dish and heated it up for 90 seconds.
The first time, I couldnt wait all 90 seconds and I took it out after
60. I have reheated it 4 times tonight. I put it on my bad knee and
now it is wrapped around my neck.

I LOVE IT!!!!! Thank you sooooo much for making it for me. I cant
believe it took me this long to use it. I was so busy with the holidays,
pampering myself was at the bottom of the list.
