Welcome to the Hull Street Zoo.
We are locating a variety of animals from the common chicken, to the exotic toucan, to the extinct dodo, to the heretofore undiscovered pegasus. As we are able to tame these beasts and critters, we would like to send them home with you. Let us know what you're looking for, we'll let you know what we've got, and between us, we'll find that makes you happy.
We accept Paypal, which is an easy and secure way to use your credit card online!
We appreciate payment within 2 days, but either way we don't ship until payment is received. If you cannot use Paypal for whatever reason, please message us and we can figure out another payment option such as personal check or money order, though because we won’t ship until payment is received we have to wait for things like checks to get to us and clear before shipping so those options will probably take much longer.
We reserve the right to cancel the transactions if you don’t message us or send payment within the 2 days. (Though this never happens, it’s just there for us if someone puts something in their basket and forgets about it and now someone else wants it!)
We choose to ship through USPS but if you would like a different carrier or you need expedited or other shipping options please message us as soon as possible! We’ll get something worked out for you and send an updated bill (if needed). We try to ship as soon as possible!
If your order is a gift and you want it shipped to them and not you (or even with a note included!) and didn't change the address, or if you need it by a certain date please contact us as soon as possible.
If your Paypal and Etsy ‘ship-to’ addresses do not match we will attempt to contact you to find out which address you would like it sent to. If I do not get a response I will ship to the Paypal ‘ship-to’ address.
We usually ship within 2-3 business days of receiving payment if the item is in stock. If we cannot get it out that quickly we will notify you as soon as possible with a time estimate.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer refunds or exchanges for items that have received damaged due to negligence on our part, such as sewing coming undone, so long as you notify us within one week of receiving it and promptly return the item when requested. This does not include shipping issues or damage due to your use. Please notify us as soon as possible when you get it if you find damage, otherwise we may not be able to exchange or refund it. If you contact us after more than 20 days (after receiving it) about damage we may not be able to exchange or refund it.
Please also note that exchanges don’t mean you’ll receive an exact copy of the one you originally ordered, due to the nature of handmade objects there may be differences. If an item is something we no longer make, you will most likely have to choose another item.
For an exchange, you pay to ship it back and we handle the rest!
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund.
Additional Policies and FAQs
We’re people too! We understand life’s issues and that other things can pop up or happen, so we’re willing to bend or even break our own policies to help you (and us) get what you want. For example, if you got the item in the mail, set it aside and found it a month later with damage we would consider exchanging or refunding it.
If you are unhappy in any way with our service or item, please notify us! We’ll try to find a solution!
We offer refunds if the item was lost in shipping due to the carriers fault, if it gets lost simply because your address was wrong we cannot offer a refund, it should either get to you eventually or return to us (if the person it got delivered too puts it back in the mail). If it is returned to us due to being unable to deliver it, we’ll contact you to get the right one.
Custom Items –
If you have ordered a custom item, please give us about a week to a week and a half before we get the custom listing online for you, then it ships after payment like any other order. If there will be a delay with any part of the process we will notify you as soon as possible!
If you would like to buy many (wholesale/bulk orders, 10 and up) please contact me, we will work out a custom order for you.
