Welcome, We specialize in one of a kind hand dyed silk scarves, luxurious vegan soaps, unique wire crochet jewelry, purses and handbags made from upcycled plastic grocery bags and bracelets that are called Viking Knitting.

I specialize in hand dyed habotai silk scarves, which are done in the Shibori tradition. Shiburi in the truest sense is an ancient Japanese technique where a large series of tight knots are placed on the silk, and the silk is then wrapped around a large pole, held in place with string and dye is then placed. Each scarf is a unique one of a kind work of art that is completely wearable, washable and will last for years. Currently all silk ships free!!!

A new discovery for me has been crocheting wire into jewelry. I use 100% stainless steel wire or copper wire which has been coated with a colorant. The possibilities are endless.

I also have an interest in supporting the "go green" effort by recycling plastic grocery bags into re-purposed wearable purses. I will soon be placing my work online for you to view and purchase. Most hand bags are fully lined, and will hold up to lots of wear. They are machine washable, however must be hung on a line or hanger to dry. (plastic bags don;t handle the dryer very well.)
