Shipping

Our goal is to provide you with the lowest cost for shipping and handling while at the same time making sure your package reaches you safe and sound. In Canada we use Canada Post ground. To the USA we ship Small Packets Air. To Everywhere Else we ship via Canada Post. In North America it is possible to upgrade shipping via UPS or FedEx. However these methods will incur higher costs and may incur brokerage dues.

We ship most items to most locations. Convo for details if your country is not on our list.

Occasionally there are items which can only be sold within our own country.

We do not often offer free shipping. Why? We would have to inflate the cost of our items to include all expenses which would include shipping. We prefer to charge the exact cost of shipping on your order.

We do charge lower shipping fees on combined orders.

A word about our jewelry: All our jewelry is carefully handcrafted from quality products which to the best of our knowledge is lead-free, nickel-free or hypo-allergenic. Where we know the content of our components we will list it for you. Occasionally a supplier does not provide this information to us. If this creates a problem for you please convo us as it may be possible to customize the item for you using other materials.
