**If you live internationally and have purchased an item with standard shipping - it did not include tracking - and I cannot locate it on my end. Call your local post office and give them the customs form number on your Etsy invoice to see if the package as cleared customs!

Custom pieces require between 1 and 3 weeks to complete prior to shipping. Finished pieces ship within 3 days of purchase. Send me a convo with any questions or requests!
