** Editable Templates: the link for your template will be in a PDF file which you can access directly from Etsy (You > Purchases > Download Files).
** Mockup Images: the link containing the JPG and .PSD in a ZIP file will come directly from Etsy or directly access (You > Purchases > Download Files).
**downloads are not available from the Etsy app, log in to your account on a browser to access downloads**

*Responsibility of inputting text, and checking for spelling & grammar on templates, lies with the customer. We shall not be held accountable for errors/printing costs arising from such errors.
*For printing at home-please check that your home printer is capable of printing the quality & weight of stationery you have chosen. A test print is recommended before bulk printing. If you are unhappy with the home-print result, I recommend a professional printer for best quality.
*We do not take responsibility for the quality of your print. For highest resolution & best quality print, download the PDF Print option from Canva.
*Please note: actual print colors may vary slightly from the colors on your screen. Stationery choice may affect color too.

*Mockups are digital downloads, not physical items. They may be downloaded & used to display your work online.
*Our mockups use Photoshop. In order to use the smart objects within the PSD file you need photoshop. The JPEG image may be used in any software of your choice, but at your own risk.
*Please read the exact measurements of the mockup subjects, they are a part of the photo and are not easliy editable, you may do so at your own risk.

*Can I change the brightness/colors of the image?
-- You can adjust the brightness and colors, but you do so at your own risk. The image you see in the mockup listing is what you will receive. Indie Grace does not make custom adjustments, the customer takes on that responsibility. Refunds will not be given for lighting/color issues. If you do not like the light & color in the image before purchase, the mockup is probably not the right fit for your needs.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Due to the nature of digital templates, designs, logos or mockups, refunds/exchanges cannot be issued once the order has been processed. Please read thoroughly the listing description before purchasing to ensure it's the perfect fit for your needs. Please contact me if you have an issue with your purchase.
If an order is canceled, I can no longer provide support for that item.

All IndieGrace designs are intended for personal use only. Items may not be shared, duplicated, resold or transferred in any form. Do NOT resell the design in digital or physical format. We cannot, and do not acknowledge any part of a design to be capable of protection by any trademark.
➤Viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphics or templates from Trendy Fox Studio is solely for your use and not for republication, distribution, sale or other use. No part of any content, description or template may be reproduced or sold in any form.
➤Do not Save/Use our listing images, Purchased templates will be free watermarks.
➤Indie Grace reserves the right to revoke access to a template if the user fails to comply with these terms.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY TEMPLATE?
After your purchase, files are NOT emailed to you. You can access your files directly from Etsy.
FROM YOUR PC:
On the Etsy menu, go to You > Purchases and Reviews > Click the button to "Download Files").
FROM YOUR PHONE/TABLET:
Etsy doesn't allow downloads from the Etsy app. You can still use your phone, but you need to log in to Etsy.com from a web browser (Safari or Chrome). Then, you can follow the same instructions as above.
