I live in Northern Europe, European Union, in small country called Estonia.
I always try to ship fascinators and ready-to-ship pieces on the day of purchase or very next day. If the item required customisation or need to be made to order, it might take a bit longer: 2-3 days and then shipped. In the busy periods starting from middle of February with the highest amount of orders in March-April then please take your time and place your order as early as possible especially.

Since I work alone and all hats and fascinators are all handmade sometimes I cannot fill too many orders during the high season (before Kentucky Derby, Royal Ascot etc.)

As a standard, I ship my orders with the international registered mail. But I also offer speedy DHL Express shipping service, when the packages arrive to Europa within 2 working days and USA- 2-max 3 working days et cetera for the additional cost.

I cannot be responsible for the exact arrival dates of the packages with the standard registered mail- I only can give you estimate arrival times (which are 95% accurage and are based on my previous sales experience to your country), but sometimes, there might be delays in the big postal system and packages can also arrive a bit later than my estimate.
Therefore for the last minute customers, I strongly advise to buy DHL Express shipping as this is guaranteed arrival and very trustful company.

***If you do not receive your package by the estimate date please inform me right away and I will contact to local post and ask them to contact their partners in postal system in your country to find out where your package. Please do not wait several weeks before letting me know that you have not received your order - as it also takes time to get the feedback from the postal system.
