When the mugs arrived I was so happy with them and the seller was super communicative throughout making sure I received the items on time. Your item is custom printed for you. Due to the custom nature of the order, returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged items or printing errors.
Where do you ship from?
To prevent major shipping costs, my shirts and mugs are produced and shipped by Printful in the United States or Europe. My stickers are shipped by myself from The Netherlands. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your stickers to arrive if you live outside Europe. Your stickers will be packed in a secure bubble envelope.
