For woolen fibers:

Add a small amount of delicate wool detergent, such as Woolite, into a sink or basin and fill with tepid water.

Turn the garment inside-out, submerge it, and swish it around to allow the soap to penetrate the fibers. Do not rub the fabric together or let it soak for longer than 10 minutes.

Rinse the garment twice to remove all soapy residue.

Don’t wring. Instead, press or squeeze out as much water as you can and roll garment in a dry towel to remove excess moisture.

To avoid stretching, don’t hang dry. Instead, lay wool items flat to dry on a fresh towel or mesh rack in a spot that doesn’t receive direct sunlight.

Carefully adjust the shape of the garment to ensure it is evenly stretched as it dries.

I don't offer gift wrapping as my items are bulky and large. I prefer to keep it as simple as I can and to produce as less waste as possible for our environment.

In order to keep packaging and shipping costs to a minimum for my buyers, I use bubble mailers and source them from the post office as they are lightweight and affordable.

My processing times for ready to ship items are 2 business days.

Processing times for made to order items are up to 7 business days. Sometimes, it can be sooner.

During the busy holidays of Christmas, made to order items can take up to 10 business days.

The amount of time your order takes to arrive to you after it has been shipped ranges from 1 week to 3 weeks.

The only time you can likely expect shipping to take as long as three weeks is during the heaviest Winter months and Christmas time.

Summer time is a breeze and the best time to order in advance for faster shipping.
