Welcome to Its All About The Print! I specialize in making jewelry pendants with a larger variety of images and text.





Payment

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving your cleared payment. Large wholesale (30+ pendants) orders have a processing time of 5-8 business days. Please contact me if you need your order sooner and I will gladly do what I can to meet your shipping needs!

I accept Pay Pal, US personal checks and money orders.
I do not accept International money orders or cashiers checks.

If a payment is not received within 24 hours, I will send a message. If I do not get a response within 7 days your order will be canceled.

Shipping

All single pendant orders are shipped within 3 business days after receiving your cleared payment. Wholesale orders have a processing time of 5-8 business days.

US First class and First Class International

You can request that your items be shipped in
a flat rate Priority mail envelope. Additional shipping
charge will apply.

Please note that international customs and duty tax is the buyers responsibility to know and pay. I am under legal obligation to put the full purchase amount on all customs forms and it is illegal to mark items as a gift. Please contact your local post office for more information.

All pendants are shipped in plastic bags and wrapped with bubble wrap. I do my best to protect your pendants so that they arrive in the best possible condition!

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item is damaged or broken I will replace it. Please contact me through Etsy's conversation system.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I gladly consider all wholesale requests.

Custom pendants are $15.00 per custom image. If you need multiples of a custom print I charge $8.95 for any additional pendants from the same print.

Please note that I do not make custom pendants from images that have a political, religious or holiday theme.
