5 out of 5 starsI have admired this sweater for quite some time. I finally ordered it. It was all I'd hoped for & more! Cheri was of great help, extremely thoughtful & wonderful to do business with! I love this shop & will definitely be back! If only every person in retail/sales were like Cheri. She made herself a successful sale & customer for life, while making my purchase not only successful, but something much more...a memorable purchase! There's a major difference between the two, the latter being what makes a customer come back & browse through that shop on a regular basis, bringing with them high hopes of buying something & repeating that feeling of complete satisfaction associated with that previous memorable purchase they made. It just takes one purchase like that for those spur-of-the-moment purchases to follow (the kind where people like myself are apt to spend more money because the purchase is spontaneous & unplanned). You'd think being courteous to a possible customer is common sense. Clearly not considering the staggering number of rude retailers I've came into contact with lately here on Etsy. They'll never get my business or that of my family & friends. News travels fast, but bad news travels faster & further into each family member/friends' circle, then each of their friends' circles, etc. Those circles form links that make chains...it's endless. One never knows if someone formidable is among those who making up a customer's chain. It's a major retail risk, but many take it...making one rude remark to someone, treating them as a meaningless nobody, & suddenly becoming the sole cause of death to their very own dream born & raised here on Etsy. It's a shame. And at this point, it's little late for me to say, "to make a long story short" after all the above (sorry...I do tend to ramble). The point I'm trying to make in my feedback is take a cue from Cheri...treat each & every customer as if they are special & make them feel as if they matter! They actua
