You may pay through Paypal, check or money order.
For most items I will ship Priority Mail and packages shipped via Parcel Post will be covered with insurance for our mutual protection. Please note that I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. If you wish to upgrade to overnight delivery on any item please let me know at time of purchase. Rush Order (anything ordered less than 6 months prior to event) may incur increased fees for expedited shipping. With no exceptions, items will not be shipped until final payment and shipping costs have been paid
Refunds and Exchanges
Deposits up to 50% are used to acquire materials needed for your designs and are not refundable. Final payment listings most often include actual photos of finished designs and completion of final payment constitutes buyers approval of the designs. Payments on designs approved by the buyer are not refundable.
Although I always endeavor to go above and beyond a customer's expectations, please do let me know right away if you are disappointed in your item in any way. You are much more important to me than anything I create or sell. :-)

Additional Policies and FAQs
Although I absolutely love creating custom items, I must now ask that a nonrefundable 50% deposit be made upon ordering, so that I don't spend time and cost of materials on items and risk not hearing from the customer again. It has only happened twice, but thank you so much for your understanding. Completion of final payment constitutes buyers approval of the finished designs.
