JHannah's Shop Policies

Welcome

J. Hannah ONE OF A KIND items are made WITH love and BY hand in our home and barn in Virginia. We use recycled wood, glass, metal and paper, and non-toxic paints. J. Hannah (that would be me) designs and paints each item herself.

I am extremely grateful to each of these people: Sandy, Maxime, Steve and Katie, without whom I could not be here. I am also grateful to Sarah, Zeke and my Mom, who inspire me each day. And to God and the Universe for the beauty they provide.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We make each ONE OF A KIND item with love, GUARANTEE them 100% and want you to be completely satisfied for years to come.

If you need to return or exchange items OTHER than “Kitchen Jewels,” “Miracle Magnets,” or CUSTOM-MADE items (which are not returnable), please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in unused and re-salable condition. Returns are inspected prior to issuing credit and shipping costs are at customer’s expense UNLESS we, at J. Hannah, goofed. Then return shipping is ON US.

Each ONE OF A KIND J. Hannah item is made WITH love and BY hand in our home and barn in Virginia. We use recycled wood, glass, metal and paper and water-based non-toxic paint. We have been offered highly profitable ways to reproduce our beautiful things in extremely UN-beautiful Asian sweatshops and will NOT do so. Beautiful things made in INHUMAN and totally UN-beautiful conditions are NOT beautiful (UNLESS those who buy and sell them don't know how they are created, or by whom.)
