Please pay for your purchase within 3 days of ordering your items.
I accept paypal as a method of payment.
I ship USPS first class or priority.
NOTE: I may RECYCLE BOXES from where I work at a clinic to ship your orders to you. I can't stand to see these boxes only used once and then thrown into the garbage.
Refunds and Exchanges
Contact me (convo) if you have any concerns regarding your purchase. I will work my very hardest (with you working your hardest) to resolve any issues you may have.
Please remember I have put multiple hours into all the flowers and bouquets I make. That being said....if requesting a refund it must be on items readily available in my shop and not a custom order. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE....NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! Jilliann's is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NON-DELIVERABLE, LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. (Once they leave my post-office I have no control over your purchases.)
Refunds are NOT available after the wedding date.
