Online Beads is run by me one person only. It takes a lot of work and time but I love sharing my bead passion. I work as fast as I physically can to ship your orders on time. If you do really need your order fast, you can upgrade your shipping in the cart when checking out. Thank you for understanding!
When will my order ship?
I process orders Monday through Friday within 48-72 hours of payment received. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
Please take into consideration that orders may take longer to process and ship during holiday seasons. I am NOT responsible for shipping delays from the post office due to severe weather and other causes beyond my control.

Your order is shipped US POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) GROUND MAIL. Shipping DOES NOT include insurance coverage. I also have other shipping methods for you to choose from. United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.
Once your order is shipped, I am not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages. Insurance is not required, however, I would suggest purchasing insurance on your items. If you choose not to purchase insurance, I cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages. If you would like insurance on your package this can be done during check out from the "SHIPPING" drop down menu.

Do you accept returns?
I will happily accept returns for any reason, as long as you follow these rules:
If you are returning an order please let me know so that I can expect the package and process your refund or exchange. Shipping costs are not refunded and are the buyers responsibility unless it was my mistake. If your shipment included free shipping, the amount that would have been charged during checkout will be deducted from your refund amount. No returns accepted on custom listing chain or Last Chance items. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Returns must be received in new, undamaged condition with the original number of items. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For more information please read shop policies.
Wrong Address
All orders are shipped to the address the customer provided on Etsy. If your order included an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the order is returned to me, I will contact you for a new address and reship the order. You will be charged a shipping fee for reshipping the order.
