Hello! Welcome to JWo's Designs! I specialize in custom jewelry, accessories, and handmade plushes. All items listed are ready-made and ready to ship, unless otherwise stated. If you don't see something that quite fits your needs, please send me a message and we'll work something out!

I only accept Paypal and major credit cards via direct checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover)
Full payment must be accepted within 72 hours of purchase of any item.
My main shipping method is through the United States Postal Service (USPS). If not otherwise notified, I will use First Class shipping by default.
All orders will be shipped either the SAME business day or NEXT business day. If you order before 4:00 pm on a business day, I am able to ship it, otherwise it will be shipped the following business day.
If you would like to get your purchase faster, please send me a message and I will give you a list of shipping options. Once your preferred shipping method is chosen, I will create a custom listing with the shipping price included.
PLEASE pay for your custom listing in 72 hours (unless otherwise notified) or the custom listing will be removed at the end of the 72 hours.
***Domestic/United States Orders***
ALL domestic orders are shipped by First Class Mail (unless otherwise notified) with a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION number. This is to ensure that I know that the buyer has received the item.
If orders are shipped internationally by First Class International Mail, there will be NO delivery confirmation number. Delivery confirmation is ONLY available for Priority or Express Mail options. First Class International order arrival times vary by destination. I generally estimate shipping time to be 11-20 business days, but this could vary due to destination or inclement weather.
If you would like an international order shipped faster, please send me a message and I will give you a list of available options. Once your preferred shipping method is chosen, I will create a custom listing with the shipping price included.
If you would like to use a different mail carrier (Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.) please send me a message and let me know.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept refunds, unless there has been a gross error on my part. (i.e. switched orders, wrong item, or item not recieved).
Shipping for refunds will be paid by the buyer and refunded once I have received the item in the mail.
