Member of the Crow family.
Mischievous and highly intelligent bird with a love for all things shiny.
All my items are handcrafted with love (as the cute little tags I attach to all my jewellery say!) at my little studio in the Welsh Valleys. I carefully select the finest materials that have been sourced from all corners of the globe to make truly unique and quirky pieces.

Payment
Payment should be made within 2 days of purchase, where possible. If you know that you will be unable to make payment within 2 days then please let me know. All payments are to be made via Etsy Paypal system. I am based in the UK and as such would like to remind customers outside of the UK that any customs charges that may be incurred during shipping are to be borne by yourselves.
Shipping
Delivery within the UK will be made by First Class Mail.
All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail. Delivery can take up to 2 weeks so please be patient.
We aim to dispatch all items within 3 days of payment, if there is any further delay we will contact you by email.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be delighted with your jewellery!
All pieces are guaranteed, and if you do have any problems please contact us and we can arrange to fix or exchange them for you. Jackdaw Jewellery are happy to refund any items for credit to use in store.
If you do need to return an item for any reason, please email us quoting your order number as soon as possible, and return the goods in their original packaging via post.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Jackdaw Jewellery will pay for return postage costs on faulty items only.
