Custom orders welcome. All my products are made with high quality and comfort in mind. I am very selective in choosing my materials and colors. They have to be comfortable and soft, not ‘itchy’ nor ‘scratchy’. I also believe accessories should be fashionable and fun, as well as functional. Fit is also very important in accessories, especially hats. Therefore, custom orders are welcome if you cannot find what you’re looking for here. If you are in a creative mood and would like to design your own hats or scarves by selecting and combining the colors you want, I will make it for you in the size you want. SHIPMENT TIME
Most of my orders are custom orders / made to order (99%). Orders are USUALLY shipped (from USA) within two to five business days of payment receipt via First Class US Postal Service (USA destinations) with delivery confirmation. However, during a high volume season and holiday season, it can take 7 to 10 days to make and ship after payment receipt. Please convo me if you need an item for a specific date. I will do my best to accommodate. Priority shipping within the USA is available for a minimal additional charge. Please contact me for the extra fee.
I also ship / post international.

EXCHANGE / RETURN
If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the order. You may then exchange or return the unworn / unwashed / undamaged merchandise. I will refund you the money less any shipping charges and restocking fee of $5 per each item. You do not loose $5 for exchange, only for returns. You may exchange any items except swimwear. Swimwear is not returnable due to health reasons. You will assume all shipping charges involved in the exchange. Occasionally, I pay for the fee to ship the new item(s) back to you.
