Welcome to Jadora Designs! We offer chic and fashionable, one of a kind women's and children's accessories. Each item is meticulously created with love one at a time by hand. Custom orders are always welcomed. Please convo me for any specific custom requests.
I accept PayPal. Please pay by PayPal immediately after purchasing. You are not required to have an account with PayPal in order to pay by credit card, just click the payment button and it will give you the option to pay with credit card without having to use a PayPal account.
When purchasing a piece, please be sure to double check that your shipping address for your Etsy account and that on your PayPal account are the same. Please contact me ASAP if you find that there is a difference after payment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make payments immediately after purchasing. Unfortunately, if I have not received payment within 48 hours, I will cancel the sale and relist the item.
For Ready to Ship items, I will ship out every Friday after payment is received. For made to order items, please allow one week production time before shipping. If you need a rush order, please message me, and I will do my best to accomodate you. For Custom orders, please convo me, and I will let you know the turnaround time.
1) To the U.S:
Packages will be sent by Canada Post. Please note that items may take up to 2 weeks - or longer - to arrive. This delay may be due to customs. If you require your package to arrive sooner, please send me a message, and I will upgrade your shipping- usually at a higher fee. If you prefer a faster shipping speed, let me know in advance so I can change the shipping cost for you.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping.
3) To Canada:
Packages are sent via Canada Post Regular Parcel: Items arrive in as little as 2 days to one week (depending on your location). Insurance is available for a nominal fee. Tracking number provided if you purchase insurance.
NOTE: As we are located in Canada, please be aware of any customs duties/fees you may incur in your country. Duty charges ARE NOT included in your shipping charges - These charges are determined by customs. Your local post office can provide you with further information. Jadora Designs is not responsible for duty charges, as these are beyond our control and have to do with your own country regulations.
PLEASE NOTE: Jadora Designs is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If you require your package to meet a specific deadline, please request a quote to upgrade your shipping. This will provide you with a tracking number, otherwise not provided when you purchase regular shipping.
If you would like to purchase delivery confirmation and/or insurance, please let me know ahead time and I can do this for an additional cost. I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen goods after I ship items, so please consider shipping insurance and be sure that your "ship to" address is to a secure location
Refunds and Exchanges
Please choose your items carefully before your purchase. I strive to keep you happy and 100% satisfied! I If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify me within 3 days of receiving your item, and I will work with you to alter the item, or exchange it for something else. The item will need to be in original condition as it was upon arrival and not used/worn. The buyer must pay for return shipping and exchange shipping and shipping charges are not refunded. If you are unhappy with your item, please convo me direct through email or the store, NOT through feedback. Custom Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, or exchangeable.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Since all of my items by hand when they are ordered, their appearance may vary slightly from the photos, making them unique and one of a kind! If you would like to place a custom order please feel free to send me a message and we can discuss further!
Please be aware that hair accessories may contain small parts. Small children should always be supervised while wearing any hair accessories containing small parts as they may present a choking risk to small children.
