JamBearPress' Shop Policies

Payment

We accept PayPal, check, and money orders. Sales tax does not apply to any JamBear orders.

If paying by check or money order, please send a note informing us of the payment method and mail the check or money order to:

Shipping processing will begin upon receipt of payment. If payment is not received within 7 days of the order, we will send a reminder message. Following 7 more days, the order will be cancelled.

Shipping

--General Shipping Policy--
JamBear Press uses USPS First Class or Priority shipping, which generally takes 2-5 business days to arrive, not including order processing time. Orders are typically processed and sent out for delivery in 0-3 business days. Please allow 2 weeks for inventory backorders. Large orders may be sent in separate packages, which may arrive on separate days.

Delivery confirmation is applied to all packages and is available for tracking purposes. Orders over $150 are automatically insured.

--International Shipping--
International shipping is available with USPS First Class and Priority International Mail. Pleas allow 7-14 business days for arrival. Orders are typically processed within 0-3 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges

At JamBear Press, we want you to love what you order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily give you a refund or exchange for the items you purchased within 30 days of receiving your order.

--Refunds--
All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. We do NOT accept back worn, washed, or otherwise altered items. If items have undergone any of these, the refund will be refused and the sender will have the option of paying for the item’s return. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. The sender may find additional mail carrier services, such as delivery confirmation or tracking, to be useful, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

Refunds of the Item Total are accomplished through PayPal. Please include your name, address, email address and the item for return in a package addressed to this address:

Please allow 2 weeks for all Refunds & Exchanges to be processed.

Additional Policies and FAQs

To be more environmentally conscious, JBP uses light 100% Recycled Paper mailers (10% post-consumer) with 10% Recycled Plastics instead of vinyl mailers.
