Even though this notice is late in being posted, we truly hope you understand the setback we have been going through. You are very important to us and we sincerely apologize for the lack of responses and delay in items being shipped. We suffered a loss in our family and it has consumed our time. My father passed away on Easter morning and it has really set us backwards. Please accept our apology for all the confusion that has taken place.
