Do you offer Express shipping?
Yes, the costs and lead time are as follows:
Sent via UPS or FedEx
UK - £15 (Next Day Courier)
EU - £20 (1-4 Business Days)
USA & Canada - £25 (2-3 Business Days)
We do not offer Express Shipping to customers outside USA, Canada & Europe. For countries outside this area, your item will be sent via Standard Air Mail (Insured but not trackable).
Please be sure your ETSY and PayPal address match. Confirming addresses with you takes extra time and delays shipping.
I've received the incorrect item, what do I do?
In the event you have received an incorrect item or if it’s faulty we will replace it.
Please contact us immediately by mail and we will discuss what to do.
Your mail should contain photographs showing the problems.

What if I want to return/exchange my purchase?
No quibble return but you are responsible for shipping cost back to us.
Refunds will only be issued once goods arrive (non arrival of goods means no refunds).
We suggest you use a registered & traceable service for returns.
The same policy as above applies for return cost.
We will not charge you again for reshipping the goods but only by international standard post (not courier/traceable).
